Cebu Pacific is commencing a Davao-Siargao service in November, bringing the total domestic routes from its Mindanao hub to eight.

On November 7, Cebu Pacific will begin flying directly thrice weekly from Davao to Siargao, the country’s surfing capital, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

The airline also flies direct from Davao to seven other Philippine destinations, namely Bacolod, Bohol, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Iloilo, Manila, and Zamboanga.

“We are delighted to continue with our ramp-up outside Metro Manila, as we acknowledge the increasing demand for travel,” Cebu Pacific chief commercial officer Xander Lao said in a statement.

“As the airline that proudly operates the widest domestic network, this new route supports our promise to make travel accessible for everyJuan.”

Cebu Pacific had said earlier it is adding more flights from its Davao and Cebu hubs, increasing its non-Manila flight network by 35% by end-October.
