Flash Express is set to open 112 branches nationwide this year, according to company officials.

The local courier and logistics startup has rolled out its first three Flash Shop stores in Manila’s Binondo and Divisoria shopping districts as it prepares for rapid growth and the country’s eventual recovery from the pandemic.

Flash Express, a local courier and logistics company, began operations in August 2021.  With the launch of the new Flash Shop stores, the startup’s executives disclosed that the company aims to be at the forefront of the domestic logistics industry.

The Flash Shop stores are located at Divisoria Mall, 999 Mall, and the Manila Textile complex. Customers may send and pick up their parcels at the physical branches inside the malls and business establishments.

Flash Express marketing director Dave Khodr said that Flash Shop would complete the host of delivery services for customers as they can do walk-ins to send and receive their parcels.

The launch of the Flash Shop stores was a corresponding move in line with the first batch of branded delivery trucks to be deployed by the company nationwide.

In a statement, Khodr said, “We are very positive that Flash Shop will further speed up the business logistics experience of all our customers, especially those who are looking for physical branches of Flash Express inside business establishments such as malls and retail stores near them,”

Flash Express customers are expected to experience worry-free delivery transactions as the company offers free door-to-door pick up, low COD rates, 365-day operations (including holidays and weekends), and 24/7 customer service.

Sherry Lou Bernabe, Flash Express’ head of legal and compliance, said the company is progressing well in terms of the fulfillment of all its business plans and promises to its customers.

“With the combined efforts by our leaders, business partners, and employees, we are delighted to say that Flash Express continues to permeate the logistics industry and to enhance the experience of its customers. Our Filipino customers deserve a world-class courier and logistics services partner and that is what Flash Express is doing since day one,” she said.
