Cebu Pacific (CEB) selected Airbus’ Flight Hour Services materials management solution to provide component support for all its A330neo aircraft.

The low-cost airline said the solution covers parts pooling, guaranteed spare parts availability, on-site stock at the airline’s main base in Manila, components repair, component engineering services, as well as end-of-lease condition support.

To date, the airline has received two out of its 16 A330neo aircraft orders. It aims to operate an all-Neo fleet by 2027.

“We are extremely pleased to partner with Cebu Pacific in its A330neo lifecycle journey. Recognizing the need to support airlines in their recovery, Airbus offers flexibility with its innovative Flight Hour Services which allows them to minimize maintenance costs whilst maximizing aircraft availability and securing operational performance simultaneously,” Airbus head of customer services Klaus Roewe said.

Cebu Pacific’s fleet includes 74 aircraft, including two dedicated ATR freighters.
