Wan Hai introduces Mindanao-HK-Taiwan sling

wan haiBox carrier Wan Hai Lines announced the expansion of its intra-Asia network with the launch of a new service between the Philippines, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

The Mindanao-Hong Kong-Taiwan (MHT) service will start operations on April 22, 2014, employing two 700-TEU-capacity container vessels.

The MHT port service will take 14 days and take this rotation route: Hong Kong, Kaohsiung, Cebu, General Santos, Davao, and Hong Kong.

The company said the service will be providing the fastest connection from Mindanao to Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Wan Hai is an intra-Asia container shipping line with routes that include Taiwan, the Kanton and Kansai areas of Japan, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, Burma, Cambodia, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and the Middle East.
