OFFICERS of International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI) and the Port of Portland in Oregon, USA recently signed a Memorandum of Agreement for a 25-year lease to operate the container and breakbulk facility of Terminal 6. The agreement, the largest financial transaction in the history of the city’s maritime port, is ICTSI’s first venture in the USA.
