SCMAP names officers for 2021

  • The Supply Chain Management Association of the Philippines board of directors has elected the organization’s officers for 2021
  • Pierre Carlo Curay of XVC Logistics earlier elected president of the association

The Supply Chain Management Association of the Philippines (SCMAP) has named its officers for 2021.

Dennis Llovido of Nestlé Philippines has been named vice president, while Christine Pardiñas of Robinsons Supermarket Corporation has been named as secretary. Both previously served as the organization’s president: Llovido from 2010 to 2011, Pardiñas from 2019 to 2020.

Jess Sarmiento of PLDT has been named as treasurer, while Alipio Bernardo IV of Personal Collection Direct Selling has been elected auditor.

They join president Pierre Carlo Curay of XVC Logistics in leading SCMAP in 2021, Curay assumed presidency this year after being named president-elect for 2020.

Among the directors rounding off the board are Amante Aguilar of Del Monte Philippines, Cesar Lusanta Jr. of Zuellig Pharma, John Wayne Maravilla of Johnson & Johnson, Mark Anthony Laguna of Procter & Gamble, and Roselie Tubeo of Unilab.

The officers were selected among the members of the board through online elections held over the past week.

SCMAP is the premiere supply chain organization in the country representing the industry and comprised of over 200 members, both companies and individuals, spread in three chapters nationwide. Its members include the top manufacturers, retailers and logistics providers in the Philippines.
