The Philippine Ports Authority’s (PPA) online systems will be unavailable from July 30 to August 1 due to a scheduled downtime to allow for migration of the agency’s information technology infrastructure.
In a client advisory, PPA said covered online systems include its Electronic Accreditation System, Electronic Permit Management System, Internet-based Port Operations and Receipting System, Online Port Charges Exemption System, and Electronic Payment Portal.
These online systems will be down from 6 p.m. of July 30 to 5 p.m. of August 1, and are expected to be accessible by August 2.
To ensure continuous business transactions at PPA terminals with 24/7 operations, submission of the Notice of Arrival/Application for Berth/Anchorage and payment of port dues will be accepted at PPA’s offices.
