LORENZO Shipping Corp (LSC concluded a collective bargaining agreement (CBA) negotiation with its sea-based union, the Philippine Transport and General Workers' Organization-Progressive Maritime Workers' Union (PTGWO-PMWU)

LSC and PTGWO-PMWU representatives agreed on improved employment conditions governing the economic and non-economic provisions of the remaining fourth and fifth year CBA contract covering the residual period of 2009 and 2010. The event marks another milestone of more than 25 years of labor-management cooperation between the parties since the 1980s.
