BOC portal operational again

The Bureau of Customs (BOC) Customer Care Portal System (CCPS) is now back to normal after technical issues have been resolved yesterday (July 18), the agency said in an advisory.

CCPS had been experiencing a system slowdown, attributed to maintenance, since July 16 that has caused delays in customs processes.

CCPS (https://client.customs.gov.ph/) is a web-based application introduced in June 2019 that allows stakeholders to electronically submit their concerns, complaints, feedback, or suggestions as well as upload documents using the portal. Issues, concerns and requests are assigned a unique ticket number that clients can use to track the progress and responses online.

BOC said its online filing portal at http://portal.customs.gov.ph will still remain accessible for the online filing of goods declaration.
