The Association of International Shipping Lines, Inc. (AISL) Board of Directors was re-elected for the 2024 term during the association’s annual membership meeting on December 12.

The re-elected board members include Patrick Ronas (Mstar Ship Agencies, Inc.), Enrico Sanchez (OOCL [Philippines] Inc.), Jose Juan Lacson, Jr. (MOL Philippines, Inc.), Joselito Ilagan (TMS Ship Agencies, Inc.), Jae Jang (CMA CGM Philippines, Inc. and Uni-Ship, Inc.), Jesus Sedano (RCL Feeders Pte. Ltd), and Mariel Metzker (Sealand – A Maersk Company Asia Philippines).

Ronas and Sanchez will continue as the president and vice president, respectively, with Lacson elected as treasurer.

Atty. Maximino Cruz remains as the non-elective executive director of the Board, overseeing the association’s day-to-day affairs.

In a statement, Cruz said AISL members unanimously re-elected the members of Board in recognition of their hard work, dedication and commitment to preserve the crucial role of international shipping lines in boosting trade relations between the Philippines and the global community.

AISL represents more than 30 container liners calling Philippine ports.
