Ninja Van Philippines unwrapped a suite of logistics solutions to help the country’s micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) grow.

The Philippines is among various locations in Southeast Asia where the young and aggressive Ninja Van launched Logistics+ recently to help these businesses navigate the complex and ever-changing networks of suppliers, manufacturing partners, transport providers, and financial service providers beyond last- mile deliveries.

“We want to go beyond last-mile deliveries and provide complete logistics solutions to take the hassle out of our shippers’ experience,” said Sabina Lopez-Vergara, Ninja Van PH’s chief commercial officer, in a press release.

“As a regional player with a strong local thrust, we also want to help expand the Filipino MSMEs’ access to solutions that can help them unlock other opportunities,” Lopez-Vergara said.

The Philippine Statistics Authority says around 99.5% ofbusinesses operating in the country are MSMEs.

They make up a key segment that Ninja Van, which was founded in 2014 in Singapore and set up the Philippine unit in 2016, helps empower with the suite of solutions so they can focus on their businesses and reimagine their potential.

More than 30,000 MSMEs across Southeast Asia are benefiting from the solutions that include:

  • Warehousing and fulfillment
  • International cargo transportation
  • Procurement support
  • Cross-border payment solutions

Ninja Fulfillment provides end-to-end warehousing and fulfillment capabilities for small merchants, particularly those that would be limited by a lack of warehousing and inventory storage facilities.

“These capabilities cover regular inbound, storage, outbound, and returns services, as well as customized warehouse management solutions that can all be integrated easily with the merchants’ chosen marketplaces,” said Ninja Van.

Beyond regular picking, packing, and sorting, Ninja Fulfillment provides value-added services such as unstuffing, kitting and bundling, and custom packaging while allowing same-day handover to Ninja Van’s last-mile services, further cutting the time from inbounding to delivery.

Ninja Cross Border offers international cargo transportation by land, air, and sea. Ninja Cross Border can also tailor end-to-end solutions to serve shippers’ B2B and B2C needs by leveraging Ninja Van Group’s established presence and network in Southeast Asia and China.

In the Philippines, Ninja Cross Border enables Filipino shoppers to make hassle-free purchases from e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, SHEIN, and other global brands.

Ninja Direct provides an end-to-end procurement solution for SMEs across the region with a focus on high reliability and attractive rates.

The company said dedicated account managers will assist customers in managing all aspects of their upstream logistics, including comprehensive supplier management and negotiations, payments, cross-border logistics, and customs clearance.
