2GO Express, Inc may now transact business with the Philippine Bureau of Customs (BOC) once again, after the agency delisted the company from its cargo forwarders’ watchlist.

2GO Express, Inc., a unit of the publicly listed 2GO Group, Inc., was blacklisted by the Philippine Shippers’ Bureau (PSB) in October for failure to comply with certain requirements. This led to the temporary blacklisting of the company from transacting with the BOC. BOC uses the PSB accreditation as basis for legitimacy of freight forwarding companies dealing with it.

“According to PSB officials, 2GO Express, Inc., upon its request, was issued a Certificate of Good Standing on November 14, 2012,” BOC said in an advisory attached to a letter sent to 2GO Express, Inc. by Customs commissioner Rozzano Rufino Biazon.

Aside from 2GO, also removed from the PSB blacklist were LCSN Express Movers Inc., Transtech Global Philippines Inc., Wide-Wide World Express Corp., and MC Plus.
