North Pacific 1 (NP1) loop will have a port rotation of Singapore, Laem Chabang, Da Chan Bay, Hong Kong, Yantian, Vancouver, Tacoma, Seattle, Busan, and Kaohsiung.

Meanwhile, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Evergreen Line, and Cosco Container Lines will together add a weekly direct service from Asia to West Africa, branded the WA1.

The new express link will improve each carrier’s service network and cover more markets in Africa to tap into growing commercial requirements.

The 12-vessel joint service will start from Shanghai on June 2, with six of the ships to be operated by MOL, four by Evergreen Line, and two by Cosco.

Port rotation of the WA1 service is Shanghai, Ningbo, Hong Kong, Nansha, Singapore, Lagos Apapa, Tema, Lome, Abidjan, Singapore, and back to Shanghai.
