Richard Haddock, Import Business Development Manager - USA

Los Angeles, CA (October 25, 2011) – Vanguard Logistics Services announced three new direct services from East Asia to Chicago.

Non-vessel-operating common carrier Vanguard Logistics has launched three new direct less-than-container load ocean services from Dalian, Shenzhen and Tokyo/Yokohama to Chicago.

“Direct service is the freight forwarder’s preference as it provides faster transit times, less damages and fewer delays. This will create a huge advantage for them,” said Richard Haddock, Import Business Development Manager – USA. The neutral NVO currently offers more than 210 direct import services into the United States, 76 of which are direct from Asia.

Vanguard Logistics Services is a leading provider of neutral NVOCC services worldwide. With its own offices and agency representations in over 100 countries, Vanguard offers unparalleled coverage of global ocean shipping with more direct services than any other neutral provider.
